90 Day Report

Featured Replies

I have a new passport with the first page stamped by Hat Yai Immigration on 1st Apl 09 with a reference to my old passport details and my most recent Entry stamp of Feb 09. The second page has a duplicate copy of my (Retirement) Extension from my previous passport which expired on 1st Apl 09, and my current (Retirement) Extension which will expire on 1st Apl 2010.

I live in Songkhla Province (have a Yellow Book), and have always done any 90 day Reporting in person at Hat Yai Immigration.

I am due to Report on 27th Sept but will still be at my apartment in Bangkok, so I intend to do a Report by registered mail.

Can anyone clarify the following please:

1. Do I post to Hat Yai, or to Bangkok?

2. Do I need to photocopy pages from my old expired passport that go way back to my original Visa, or will the pages referred to above in my new passport and that just cover the dates from my most recent Re-entry of Feb 09 suffice?

3. Would it be better to Report to Bangkok in person, or would that confuse matters (for Immigration!) as my permanent address is in Songkhla,

4. Anyone know a link that would get me the postal address of Hat Yai Immigration?

Thanks in advance for any help. I did “Search” but didn’t find the above points covered anywhere.

You officialy live in Songklha, so you have to repoirt there.

You only supply copies of your current passport, all details are in there.
