Helicopter crash in North injures 9

CHIANG MAI: -- A military helicopter went down in the northern province of Chiang Mai on Sunday injuring nine people. Three were critically injured.

The helicopter was carrying soldiers to replace troops posted along the border between Thailand and Myanmar.

The accident occurred when the helicopter was landing. It was caused by strong winds and low visibility, according to a military source.
