Also many of the businesses located inside have or manage condos for rent.

I own 4 condos for rent in Jomtien Beach Condominium. They are all fully renovated with full kitchen,adsl internet and high quality furniture. They are all currently rented but I will have one available soon. The price is 8500 baht per month. The price with the Company is 20,000 baht/month (which I think is very good value) but if you deal with me directly you get it for at least 2000 baht/month LESS, because you are dealing direct, and it's a better deal still !!!!

ps..........If anyone is interested then I can meet up with them over a coffee somewhere and I can take you to my Pad in Jomtien in my car, no problems, and have a relaxing look around the place, no obligations. If the place is not to your liking, no harm done!! (although I think whoever sees it will like it/whenever this unit becomes free,it usually rents again pretty easily)
