Leaving the country for a few days. I know I need a re-entry permit. I am here on retirement extension to a Non - O

I assume there is a form to fill out and a fee to pay.

How much is the fee and do I need anything else besides my passport to obtain the permit?.

The fee is 1,000 baht for a single and 3,800 for a multiple. Beside the money and form you will need to bring photo!

Be advised that you no longer can get one at the airport. You will have to apply at your own immigration office!

Yeah, I got one yesterday. 1000 baht. 5 minutes to process.

Complete one each TM-8 form available for download at the Thai Immigration web site: "http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=download" plus one each 4 by 6cm photo to paste on the form plus 1,000 baht for a single entry or 3,800 baht for a multiple entry permit.
