Price wise, trend towards the higher end. I believe they've fitted out condos, entire buildings and restaurant/commercial structures. Much of the work involved in my condo was cabinetry - installations that had to fit in with existing stuff. Some painting, very little in the way of structural work. They charge about 15% of what you are going to spend...some have a flat fee. Here are the contacts for a few....
