azooba Posted March 23, 2005 Share Posted March 23, 2005 I have registered a "Co., Ltd." 3 months ago. This company have been kept sleeping untill now. No any business transcations. In fact I have not even applied for VAT registration. But, I am planning to start business soon. Due to some reasons and business nature I would like to change the name. Is it possible?? Or should I close this one and open a new company?? How easy is to close a newly registered company?? Please advise any good solutions. THANKS.
