ok, then I will venture to ask what type of import duty would I expect to pay on this 'condiment'. I believe I saw on customs classification website it was 10%, but I cannot find the page anymore.

you might try mix a healthy dose of garlic paste with tobasco sauce ... and about 1 tsp of salt plus 1 Tb olive oil per kilo of wings.

I have thought of this, but this is for a restaurant application so Im looking to get a food service sized amount. There are a few wing places around me, I suppose I can ask where they get their sauce but whether or not they will tell me is a different story.

Try the different brands of Sri Racha Chili Sauce at Makro and see if there is one you like. Don't bother with the Heinz. It is too sweet.
