I think there are a couple of places in Rayong city but can't say exactly where - sorry. There's also a place on hwy 36 I recall seeing, but its more for large plant i.e. for map ta phut use. RC on Sukhumvit would probably have whatever you need, but if you are talking small things like drills etc, you probably wouldn't find a rental.
