I know the buses from Ekkamai to Koh Samet leave every hour but does someone know what time? It seems like everytime I get there a bus has just left and I end up waiting another hour. Is it 12, 12:15, 12:30 or when, please help me out guys

I suggest you make a telephone call for clarification as things like bus timetables change depending on season and tourist numbers which at the moment are well down.

Bear in mind that the last ferry from the pier at Banpae to Koh Samet leaves around 5pm.

I can assure you that you wouldn't want to shack up in Banpae for the night!!

Bangkok - Banpae (If you want to go to Koh Samet directly.)

- From Bangkok: The bus depart from Ekkamai station from 07.00 until 20.30 every 30 minutes.

- From Banpae, the bus leave from Banpae station, trips start from 04.00 until 18.30 every 30 minutes.

- The bus fee is 178 Baht/Trip
