My daughter is both US and Thai citizen. However she doesn't have Thai passport. We plan to relocate to Thailand soon. For my personal reason, I can't go down to Thai embassy in LA. My questions are;

1. Can she enter Thailand with US passport without visa, and apply Thai passport while we are in Thailand?

FYI: she has Thai birth certificate and her name is on my House Registration (ta-bean-baan)

2. Do I have another option to get a Thai passport without going to LA?

1. Yes, she can enter, but will need a visa since she is using the yank passport. Yes - she can apply for a thai passport in thailand with the correct documentation.
