Just read about the Japanese Thai boy finally meeting his Japanese father for the first time.

I thought it's good news but wondering also if the father is being taken for a ride.

Reason is the boy doesn't look at all like his father. I hope it's not another one of those scams.

And he seems "coached"

It would be hilarious and a high profile national disgrace if it turns out that all is not as it seems.

I always thought everyone has a father AND a mother...

Be assured my grown up son doesn't look like me but his mother and I look like my father...

So what is the point?
