A discussion popped up at a bar I was in last night concerning farangs being deported and blacklisted.

The question someone asked was what exactly happens to any house, condo or business property etc they may have in Thailand? Cars and motor cycles etc too come to that I suppose. I think the best guess was that they would somehow have to give someone here power of attorney or whatever to sell for them.

I said I would post the question here to finally settle the argument! harry

You had the answer, and it is absolutely right.

If they were not taken by the courts in the process leading up to blacklisting. You do not get on that list for nothing.
