yes, we own a hkg based finance company. you did not mention which specific sector you wish to launch your company.

the cost to register a company in hkg for us was around 800 usd which does not including other fees nor services (accounting, mailing etc) and that was some 8 yrs ago.

if you would be more specific in terms of kind of company you wish to register, i am sure there are many multinational business proprietors here who would be happy to spent a few minutes answering your questions.
