Queens Cup Or Tour De Hua Hin Nov 28 2009

Featured Replies

I assume this road bike race will be held again this year, I like to enter, but so far have not found anything about it on the net.

Only thing I can find is this about 2006:

http://www.thailand-huahin.com/news/huahin...le-club-cup.htm

How do I enter? What time is the start? Where is the start? Does the race have the same categories and distances as past editions? Etc ...

Any help appreciated!

I don't think this race is happening in 2009 but did you try calling the telephone number at the bottom of the link you posted?

Yes, I tried to call that number (09 8377732) but it didnt work. Either this number is not existant anymore, or maybe its not a valid number at all, due to a typo.

So, I'm still anxious to find out more about that race in November!

Hi,

this web forum (in Thai) deals with absolutely everything regarding cycling (both on and off the road) in Thailand.

With the help of Google Translate and some very basic Thai reading skills I got a lot of information from that forum.

And yes there is one discussion topic about the race you mentioned.

Cheers,

George

George, could you post a link to that thread, so I can mail it to someone who reads Thai?

Hi,

you may also want to follow this English forum about road cycle races in Thailand:

http://forum.bamboo-lake-village.com/index.php

The forum run by a German cyclist is very well structured but lacks some content. Other than the date, no more info on the QC in HH.

Or perhaps you try your luck with the Thailand Cycling Association:

That's all I can think of.
