We are a young Italian/Ukrainian couple looking to buy a small condo and to live in Thailand 4/5 month per year when in Ukriane gets very cold.

Our requirements are to live near the sea, have a reliable high speed Internet connection to Europe and good medical facilities nearby (just in case).

We already had been in Thailand some times and liked very much Krabi and Phuket (never had been in Pattaya) but I'm well aware that one thing is coming as tourist and another is living few months in the country.

Could you please give us any advice based on your experience ?

We live in a beautiful condo in Cha Am.....if you're lucky you can buy one of the 38 units. One is for sale now on the 7th floor for about 9.5 mil. Several of us bought some unsold units (10 yrs old) a couple of years ago and have refurbished them.......you could do that for about 1.5 mil total refurb. 250 sq mtr., beachfront.
