Would like to set up a business (sole proprietorship) for Thai national.

I understand that a trip to the panit changwat is required here and that procedure is straightforward and cheap.

The following questions arise:

1. Is it correct that after establishment tax reporting is required twice per year?

2. From what amount of profit is tax due and how much?

3. How much will the reporting itself approximately cost?

4. Is it possible to open a bank account in the company name?

Looking forward to receiving answers from people with personal experience or other valuable know-how.
