Other than tukom im not aware of too many other places within Pattaya who sell such items, maybe try Wattana Computers on Pattaya klang (opposite foodland).

only other option is to either buy online or travel into BKK to Pantip Plaza.

There is another Tukcom in Sriracha but I think prices will probably be the same and the choice a lot less

For run of the mill electronics etc go to 'Ban Moh / Soi electronic' on Thepersit road 200M down from the Petrol station - even the guys from Num Chai buy alot of general spares from them
