Hey all,

Has anyone checked out the Eastern Estate project in Ao Nang? The area, attractions and all that. I see they have the same project in Phuket also. Would love to hear back on this.

I have seen this ...

This house is very poor quality, the staircase is rusting already, the finishing looks like it was done by a blind man. How the project manager can try to sell this is beyond me.

But hey what do i know.

I wouldn't pay a single baht for this house.

There are some good projects in Krabi, but IMO this isn't one of them

I was hoping to hear from you...and others.

That's worth alot, I would be very interested in other projects that may be an income/investment. I will come to Krabi if I can do some homework first. Do you know of fair Property management people? Are you laughing?????
