I am not going to take the two flats I was looking at. One in Prakanong is multi story bldg, great view, tiny room, cold water, unfurnished. Big issue, very near mosque. 3K. Another, same area, similar situation - appears to be 4K. The other more desirable for those wish t sleep past 0430 is on Suk 81 (actually, I know of a few). Room should be clear by now, I have not actually seen inside - but am told as my thai goes: internet 300B, fridge, bed. Has small balcony, parking. Thai mgt seems nice and low cost to get in.

I also know of two others (same bldg). Great for party monster - dark room...5.5K
