Non Immigrant O Multi Entry Question

Featured Replies

Guy's,

Can anyone clear up this small issue for me, i have just got my first multi entry retirement visa and am required to make my first 90 day report on the 26th of October. At the moment i am back in the UK and plan to return back on the 23rd of October, my question is do i need to fill in a TM47 form on entry in Bangkok and / or still report to Maesai Immigration on the 26th of October.

Thanks in advance

You will be better off Here

I have reported it, so hopefully it will be moved, although many here could answer it too.

You will make a 90 day report after you are in Thailand 90 days without leaving - your return day is day one of that count. So you will report in January if you do not leave again.

Do you have a re-entry permit?

If he has just obtained a multi entry retirement visa (OA) he does not need a re-entry permit as each entry provides a one year stay.

If he is talking about an extension of stay it would not be multi entry until a re-entry permit has been obtained.

Hopefully it is one of the above - if not the 90 day reporting becomes a mute point. :)

Do you have a re-entry permit?

He does sound a bit confused.

I assume he has a 12 month extension of stay complete with a Re Entry Permit.

As Lop said he has no need to do a 90 day address report until sometime in January.
