There was once a inexpensive public gym in the upper part of Ao Nang Village, but they closed. Today only resort hotels offer gyms, i.e. the Pavillion Queens, the Thai Village, the Pakasai Resort and Centara. Try one of these, whereas the Centara is inpossible as remotely located at Pai Plong Bay with boat access only.
