For those who use Northwest / Delta in your travels to Thailand.

Second one in short period of time. Less than week ago Delta 767 landed in the taxi way next to the runway in Atlanta. Lucky that it was clear at the time. And now these guys forgot to land and almost got shot down by airforce...

Jeeez! Does nothing for my fear of flying.. Distracted??? That is just not good enough an excuse for a commercial pilot responsible for many lives, IMHO.

I wonder if part of the discussion was complaining that the policy required pilots to do their job.

They were watching the 1980 comedy movie AIRPORT where in the last seen the pilot put the plane on "AUTO"

absolutely nothing,except at some stage we all fly out of thailand,and it is quite unbelievable that things like this happen.

I don't think I have to get my post count up at all, but every time I do I get told " not Thailand related" but never mind you don't have to put up with me for much longer
