its on a soi parallel to Nimmanhemin. I want to say its soi 3. It's on one of soi's to the east or old city side and located in a block of new townhouses.

I don't have a telephone number for Jacky Bicycle, but I can tell you where it is. To quote the earlier message:

"jacky has moved to the street parallel with nimmenhaimin, between soi 13 and 15."

That's right. The street is one block closer to the old city than Nimmenhaimin. Just ride along Nimmenhaiman until you see Soi 13 or 15, turn, then turn again at the next intersection and you'll see Jacky before you get to the next intersection.
