A Thai national friend of mine,female,has taken a new post in the US,work contracts were agreed before leaving Thai

she as been in the US a month now,in the said company,but the work description as been changed by the owner,when she questioned the owner,she was as good as told take it or leave it,,probably knowing full well she couldn't leave it,

any advice on her rights,

She has a couple ways to go. Contact the National Labor Relations Board in her area (Federal) or get a labor lawyer
