Administration Officer

Qualifications:

· Female, Thai nationality, age 22 – 24 year

· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, arts (linguistics), liberal arts, humanities, political sciences or any related field

· New graduate welcome

· Good personality, service minded, enthusiastic, proactive and flexible

· Excellent listen, speak, read, write English and computer literacy (Word, Excel)

· Be able to work under pressure

Work Place:

· Location: Soi Sukhumvit 39, Klongton-Nua, Wattana, Bangkok

Responsibility:

· To answer incoming phone call (mostly from expatriate/foreigner customers) and take care of office facsimile

· To co-ordinate between expatriate staffs, office staffs and warehouse staffs

· To assist for general administrative jobs

· To apply Quality Management procedures (ISO 9001: 2000)
