Thomas_Merton
If I go first...'Still Loving You' SkorpionsIf she goes first 'The Carnival is Over' <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Now is the hour ... when we must say goodbye. The Maori's Farewell <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not to be confused with "Now is the time to say goodbye" by Peter Cook and Dudley Moore which on reflection could be a likely contender. Kan Win
My choice :- “Come up and see me to make me smile” – Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel If “no have” in Thailand then Sarah the Bright- One, “Whiter Shade of Pale”, since she has 16 Vestal Virgins singing as a choir in the background of that song. You're old enough to have fathered a 12 yr old, but you still take band names so seriously as to revert to calling someone names over it? mickmac
It would have to be "Time will pass you by" Tobi Legend followed by "Picture me Gone" by Evie Sands Any one who went to the soul all nighters in the 70's will know these.
Insight
Slightly off-topic, but Harry Hill (UK Comedian) walked down the isle with the Generation Game theme tune playing... "That's life, it's the name of the game, and I wanna play that game with you..." Dunno what I'd have for my funeral - it's hopefully a good number of years away yet... kayo
My vote goes to all of the following.... Brother's in Arms - Dire Straits Closing Time - Tom Waits Hallelujah - The Jeff Buckley Version, not Leonard Cohen's (with all due respect) Sweetest Decline - Beth Orton Brothers in Arms, again. Cos it's brilliant.
