LivinLOS
I thought that 250's with invoice papers correct could get a green book for a few 100 baht registration fee these days ??? Seem to remember hearing that the sub 250 group there were no big fees ?? Or is it the emissions still costs too much. http://www.bahtsold.com/detail.php?id=47691 Someone might look into that if costs were trivial. Richard-BKK
On paper you're probably right, a motorcycle with up to 250cc will cost only 600 Baht to register. The problem I see is that the Honda VTR250 in the advertising is from 2003, and maybe doesn't meet today's Thai emission standards... But then you could maybe be lucky, as the VTR250 2009/2010 is already in the system, they qualify it as that... 2010 will serious be the year of the 250cc motorcycles, today I was showed the 250cc ideas of Suzuki Thailand, anyway Suzuki believes that a simple single cylinder 250cc will be a better seller...
