gvallee2
the reason people make money is to stop doing anything yourself(exception for sauces & gravy cause you cant buy good ones)
lazygourmet
To the OP, chicken?!? "Tournedos" is a term who should only be associate with beef meat, it is -the butcher cut piece- that Anglo- Saxon call: "Fillet Mignon"... Fillet Mignon should be only used for steak tartare (filet americain, as we are calling it in Belgium)... eating it raw!!! Otherwise, cooking it with a bard (I am meaning a piece of lard) around it... Will give it the lack of fat for what it was looking for But you can always find, also apparently, some "Mignon" around Silom Soi4... And regarding "Tourne-le-dos": watch out your back!
