November 1, 200916 yr Not exactly the most coherent of posts. Where is this house? In Thailand or in the UK?
November 2, 200916 yr If I had to make a list of the kind of people NOT to buy things from, I think ex-wife would be very close to the top of that list. Buy a different house.
November 2, 200916 yr A friendly X Wife? No such animal. I know its hard to believe but they do exist.
November 2, 200916 yr 2 Thai sisters selling the same house to the same guy 2 times. That's a good one.
November 2, 200916 yr Just because she wants to sell it to you again doesn't mean you have to buy it again. It's obvious you don't want to buy it again so how about a simple 'No thanks.'
November 2, 200916 yr Author Of couse i would say no but I'm interested if I can do anything in the UK ie send her a summons once i've got proof of property,I know i've been a mug but she says she has no money,do I have any grounds in the law in England?
November 2, 200916 yr Author Masai in Chaingrai,Thailand.Thais look after each other as I had to give my passport to the police or stay in a cell over night for false allegation which turned out to be nothing what so ever!

Are you a glutton for punishment?
November 2, 200916 yr Forget the English Courts - they would consider the matter outside their jurisdiction. Consult a Thai lawyer. The law may not be on your side, but it will unnerve your ex-wife and may force somekind of settlement, either that or you won't hear from your ex ever again. Probably money well spent either way.
November 3, 200916 yr If I were you, I would buy it and give it to your future X-wife. Then you will have the opportunity to buy it a third time. How many guys do you know that are fortunate enough to buy the same house three time?
