Looking For A House/townhouse

Looking for a house/townhouse to buy in Bkk.

Wishes:

a house : 80-100sqm of area, 2-3 floors (more is better), a quiet area is highly welcomed (moobaan or qiet dead-end soi also OK). Must have some free land around the house (I love gardening). Must be not so far from any public transportation spots (BTS/MRT/thanon with public buses etc), lets say - max 15 min of walking. Must be in a good condition and nice looking, but NOT a fresh-builded (1-2 years after the build is preferrable).

a townhouse : at least 3 floors (more is better), a quiet area is highly welcomed (moobaan/qiet dead-end soi also OK). a corner-block is preferrable (I don't like lots of noisy local neibourhoods). Must be not so far from any public transportation spots (BTS/MRT/thanon with public buses etc), lets say - max 15 min of walking. Some open-ground area in frontyard\backyard is preferrable. Must be in a good condition and nice looking, a fresh-build is welcomed.

The budget is around 4M THB, time to buy - within next 3-4 months.
