These inaccurate reports are a little bit like the local cockroaches... You see one, stomp on it to kill it, and another one comes pretty soon scurrying out of the darkness...

Curiously, the people who keep reporting this, inaccurately, are folks I've never seen contributing to the various Thai bank ATM fee threads here before.
