Paypal And Bangkok Bank

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm trying to connect my Paypal account with my bangkok bank account. They charged my account with 66 Baht and there is supposed to be some kind of conformation code at the transfer.

But there is none...

Does anybody know where i can find the code?

The stuff from the bank couldn't help me...

When the transaction shows up ojn your statement on the same line as that there should be a 4 digit confirmation code , that si the code that is needed for paypal

Instead to add the PP code as a reference on the bank statements(as in the civilized world), here they add their own internal codes only, contacted them to get in touch with the lazy department authorizing the payments but got told everybody is in a meeting for a whole week and they could not even check to whom they paid the money to or why......welcome to Thailand.

Rather easy!

Just call Bualuang (02 645 5555). Followed by 2 for English and then 0 to get an operator. Explain what you need, they will ask you to enter you card number (on the phone's dial pad) followed by your PIN code.

They can then call up all charges on their screen and will tell you the code paypal attached to your charge.
