Did he give the briefcase to the woman? You only said it exchanged hands.

Were there other people in the house besides the woman?

Was someone watching the house?

Was the man followed from the house?

Was he hiding something under the overcoat?

Will be back with more......

Excellent set of questions:

Yes! (it was given to the woman)

Yes! (there were other people in the house) ..... and this my friend, is a key question. You're well on your way now.

No! (irrelevant)

Yes! (he was followed from the house)

YES! ..... he was hiding something -- this is a qualified "yes" ..... see Hint #2 below:

he wanted to hide something, but it was not what one would expect, such as a gun, or weapon of sorts etc.; he was trying to NOT SHOW something.

Does the woman have large (.) (.) ?

Does she do IT on the first date? :o

Las Vegas Axiom #1:

All women <deleted> but the ones that have money are better than the ones that don't!

Did the guy have 2 briefcases??

Was he given one in exchange by the woman.?

Did someone from the house follow him to the junkyard and kill him for the contents of the second briefcase??

No!

No!

Yes! (partially Yes!..... someone from the house killed him!) .... but not for the 2nd briefcase, as there wasn't a 2nd one!

Did the woman pay the man for anything?

Did the man pay the woman for anything?

No!

No!

Good questions! Follow up on the 2nd question after this hint, which I believe is now Hint #3:

The man was supposed to give the woman something in payment -- but he didn't!

And for the smart alecs here, there is no sex involved in this entire story, OK?

Carry on siamesekitty. good stuff.

did the briefcase contain money???

and was he killed in the junkyard ???

Yes!

Yes!

Note: in an earlier answer to siamesekitty, I mentioned as a hint that there was supposed to be to be something in the briefcase that represented adequate and correct payment -- but there wasn't! And now that qburns has raised a similar point I would like to clear up this:

what should have been in the briefcase was not there

instead the man gave the woman a briefcase full of money.

Since he was killed thereafter, it should be fairly obvious that the cash payment was rejected!

Carry on.

They killed him for the first briefcase which had changed hands and was back in his posession??

No! (the briefcase, once handed over to the woman, remained in her possession)

Did the briefcase contain funny money?

Was it a drug deal?

Was the man an addict?

Was the woman a dealer?

If it didn't have anything to do with drugs, were there any other illegal activities involved?

Posted
Was the woman a bargirl ?

Hehehehehe, we've just got to drag them into everything, don't we? Give them a day off, what do you say? :o

But, for relevancy let's say we are talking about farangs only -- all participants are farangs, but the location is an upscale mubaan in LOS.

The junkyard will have to be jiggered to exist.

:D

ok to summarise......

long overcoat was hiding something not a weapon

only one briefcase

there was money in the briefcase, but it was supposed to be something else

she did not kill him but someone in the house did.

he was killed in the junkyard

there was no illegal activities happening.

What was in the briefcase was rejected either by her or another person in the house

he was not shot in the back

Was he hiding an injury?

Was he being threatened?

Did the butler follow him?

Did the butler do it???  :o

Sorry amigo, things were moving too fast and I missed your qt.

YES! (hiding an injury)

No! (he was not being threatened)

Irrelevant as we have already established that someone from the house did it.

Irrelevant for the same reason as above.

Note: As for the 2nd qt. -- consider this: there was a threat, but it was more like "comply or else" ..... he didn't so he got killed!

Correct recap of what we've established thus far.

I might add that the contents of the briefcase were rejected not by just her, rather by everyoneelse in the house unanimously!

Did the woman originally give the man the money?

Was he supposed to kill someone the woman knew?

Did he fail?

did the person that the man was supposed to kill kill him?

Were the people in the house expecting legal papers in the briefcase such as divorce papers or whatever?

He was supposed to do something but didn't? Hmmm.. :o

Was he supposed to give more money than that?

Was he supposed to find something else as payment instead of money?

Was he supposed to kill somebody?

Was he supposed to hurt somebody?

Was there supposed to be a body part in the briefcase???

You are indeed a beautiful & smart woman, siamesekitty!

You've hit the fulcrum! I will answer your last question first --- YES! there was supposed to be a body part in the briefcase! :D

The rest of the questions from the top:

Yes!

No! .... (He was not supposed to give any money at all)

YES!

NO!
