livinthailandos Posted November 11, 2009 Share Posted November 11, 2009 This is in the Bangkok Post Today Wednesday Nov 11 Koh Samui and Mae Sot top the list of municipalities with the potential to be upgraded to special administrative zones along the lines of Bangkok and Pattaya. I have some idea of what this means but I simple ask because I'm not actual familiar with so called Special Administrative Zones. Can anyone out there please explain to me what this means to me.
