today I was waiting 30 minutes, ques were 40 people strong, to the end of the emmigration hall.

some of the tourists are first timers, so pictures haveto be taken, wrongly filled forms etc.

as all flights are full still you have to wait another 30 minutes for the luggage to appear

As this is there high season you would think they hired some extra staff to make it as pleasant as possible during this tourist season as they had already enough problems.

Arrived last night from Pitsunalok on TG. Wheels down at 2120 Wait for th bus Wait for baggage Step in taxi 2220. The flight is 40 minutes!!!!

you can't hire an emmigration officer or a skilled worker on the street just for a few days contract - they have to be trained firsts for the task, security screened etc.
