Can anyone recommend an honest efficient thai lawyer in BK for a property dispute and who is not always symathetic to the ex thai girlfriend whe tries to steal my condo???John

Ex Thai Girlfriend .... Thai law doesn't recognise any form of defacto or Common Law relationship. Her chances are not good.

Legally you are right, but what i believe the poster is getting at, and I would confer on the point, is that lawyers are not always on the side of their client; deals may be done between lawyers which wouild be illegal professioanlly in the west.

Hi Have you got a email address or phone number.

I have vast experience with property disputes in Thailand and Thai law.

If he pms me, than I will give him my phone number and will pass on the benefit of my experience.

You could be on a better timing

I posted regarding the same matter a month ago and have been able to find an excellent lawyer who has solved or at least have greatly improved the situation of one of my friends

If you are interested I can make put you in touch
