Trishaw

Featured Replies

Does anybody know a factory building and selling the common trishaws (passengers in the back of the driver)? One of our customers would like to purchase one.

Thanks a lot in advance for any advise.

Do you mean a Tuk-Tuk?

Or you want to have a car with three wheels.?

For a tuk-tuk your friend must have a Tuk-Tuk driving licence.

That's only for Thai citizen.

I have a Daihatsu Trimobile from 1967 (registered as a car)

PM me for price..

Seen here with some friends

I think the OP is looking for a samlor, (but maybe I'm wrong.) There are many where I live in the sticks. Most drivers rent their samlors. OP, where are you located?

Yes, I'm meaning a Saamlor, exactly the model your photo shows, Mizzi. Thanks.

I live in Chiang Mai but have to drive to BKK from time to time (with own pick-up), so any place between here and there wouldn't be a problem to have a look.

My customer is looking for a new one only.

We already asked several saamlor drivers here in Chiang Mai, they all bought their trishaw 2nd hand. But they all told me that they are still manufactured by a company in or near BKK even though nobody could tell us details.

Any suggestions?
