When you are talking about a logo that is not copyright law but TRADEMARK law covered by the Thailand Trademark Act which runs well over 100 Sections plus amendments... not as easy as filling out a form as claims must be made and defended before the Trademark Board.

The best thing you can do for yourself today is to take several copies of your logo -- especially if prospective logo -- and send them to yourself registered EMS Thai Post mail with signature required and leave the envelopes unopened. You do not say whether your logo is a prospective one or one that is already used in commerce and is distinctive and recognizable ... makes a big difference.
