2 are required but can normally be found at office if you do not bring - they may require you have a translator if you do not speak Thai but that can be anyone - just to let you know what your are signing. Believe you also need passport and she ID card/home register.

You need your letter from the embassy that has been translated and on file with the MFA, need your passport. Your future will need her ID card and her house book. If either of you have been devoiced you will need a certified copy of devoice. They will supply witnesses this is not a ceremony this is signing of names. You will received two identical documents in Thai both with their own serial numbers thees are the marriage certificates. One is for you and one for her.Your future is your verbal translator. Cost 100 baht. Get to the Amphur before the open this process may only take one hour or all day. Wish you luck. Oh remember the location of the Amphur same place and proceedings for devoice. :)

Future should not be the translator, so it will be what the office requires. Some, like Bang Rak, are fully English qualified and likely would not ask; others do and often do not allow the future to be the person translating as it is a clear conflict of interest. You are supposed to know what you are signing as an independent party - not what the other party says it says. If you do not know Thai have someone with you that does - this is a lifetime document.
