15 Or 30 Day Tourist Visa Exemption At Poipet?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Further to my last post here.

I'm planning on rectifying my current situation with a 'quick fix' visa run to Poipet. However I'm not sure if I'm able to get 15 or 30 days tourist visa exemption at Poipet (I'm a UK national). The govt website states 15 days from a neighbouring country immigration checkpoint, however my Thai gf is under the impression it's 30 days.

Does anyone know if the information on the govt website is correct? Or is it out of date?

15 days visa exempt entry at land border; 30 days if arriving by air.
