My wife is coming to the end of her 2 year spousal visa but has not passed her life in the uk test. She is at college but has not as yet passed all her exams so we cant apply for the settlement visa. We want to apply for a renewal of the 2 year visa but are not sure how to go about this. We only have 2 months left and would like to get things moving. Any help or links to application forms, phone numbers, address ect would be great.

She can apply for further leave to remain, which lasts another two years.
