steinies gives me headaches, actually none of my mates drink steinlager

but im partial to Tui, which has a pleasant taste. They have some good ads as well, enjoy

...and why ever not? Nice to see you rohitsuk, did you manage to get that problem with your septic sorted out? Never heard if you managed to install the drains.

Thank you MM indeed I did.  We installed a pump which we turn on now and again to drain off the excess water and thanks again for your advice.
