Hi :)

I am traveling to thailand this month. I have a disease in my gut so I need special vitamins and the governments rules here in my country (Norway) are very strict so its a lots of job to get them in here. (It is SO much paper work...).

I was wondering if anyone know if thai government are so strict?

This is a normal vitamin supplement that I can buy in a health store in us. But norwegian governments says that since it contains biotin it is a drug..

Thanks for any replays :D

Eidt - Because then I can ask the health store to send it to my house in thailand.

Don't think you have a problem if vitamines for personel use BUT :)

By Thai law (restricted items) is Food and drugs and under this law you need to have a goverment permit for all food and drugs when crossing the border

the department responseble for this is the Food and drugs administration.
