Actually that is not quite what I have said. Some places will require a map of some sort but not all. As to photos that varies also and until last year was not even asked everywhere. Now best to have a handful in home and with home number showing. The 400k should be in account 3 months according to most reports although exceptions were made this year (only 2 months first time - same as retirement extension seem to be the standard now).
