Recommendations On Where To Get Uk/thai Dual Tax Treaty Advice

Featured Replies

Can anyone give recommendations on where to get UK/Thai Dual Tax Treaty advice in Chiang Mai?

Cheers.

If you google HMRC6 and download that document there is a reference point in there that will guide you to the info you need - as for contacts in Thailand to help you, sorry.

Thanks. Yes, have looked that over - really just after confirmation plus opinion on how the treaty may change when the overdue update takes place. And, there's the new UK residency test due to come into effect April... CGT on movables is what I'm bothered about.

Not impressed. I had to push to be told what I'd already found out. Then they stopped replying.

Take that back! Seemed to change his tune - after I'd made the move. Hmmm.
