Just been issued the RED STAMP from Vientinne after i applied for my 3rd TR last week on Monday.

Anyone know if its a 100% confirmation they will refuse the next visa if i go back to them after 3 months. Anyone tried to get another TR after getting the red stamp ?

I plan to stay here for another 6 months before i leave for Norway to work. Therefore i might need another 3 months after my TR runs out, any advise ?

Be prepared to fly back in case - that will give you 30 days and two more would make up the 90. Have not seen any reports yet on attempts at another visa - either in Vientiane or another location.
