second i have a question,i come in thailand in february with my non O 3 months because i'm married with thai wife and i have a boy toghether.

In april i get WP,and i get my extension visa non O based on marriage(and Wp income salary and tax he want see),expire in july 2010

The 31 november i finish my job and i give back to the company my WP,15 december i start new job and the new company will do Wp for me,my question is if i get problem or not about my visa or not,because i stay 15-20 day without WP,i only ask this here because i know that in visa non B 1 year if the WP is cancelled you need to leave the country between 7 days,so i dont'know if is the same or noy for my non O visa.

You say your extension of stay was based on marriage (that is stamped next to the extension?) - that does not end if you lose employment so you should not have any problem.

no,no stamp near the extension

i say based in marriage because i get non O in my country e because i apply for extension immigration police want to see my paper about marriage and children and also need my wife come with me and also take all paper about marriage.

But also want see my WP and salary and tax 

But sure my visa is non O

If wife and children involved it should be a marriage extension of stay and the WP/salary was proof of financials - not sure all offices have a stamp or not but in Bangkok they used to use Thai Wife - not sure what the stamp says now. It appears you should be OK.

no stamp near the extension,only some numbers,but is non B,but continue to NON o that i get in my country

It should not be anything - it should just be a stamp that extension of stay has been permitted up to a stamped date. Anyone with a recent employment extension able to advise what there current stamp looks like?

As you never had a non B and an extension of stay is not a visa do not know what that may mean.

sorry lopburi,i just talk with my wife now and she read in my passport that the first extension of 2 months of my non O that i get in my country is thai wife(write in thai language)and the last extension of 1 year is  the same,thai wife,married with thai person,married,so i think no oproblem for me if i stay 15-30 day without a wp,rtight?And next year when i get new extension i must just show new company paper and least 3 months of tax payed in new company(more paper about marriage and children)right?

Looks like you are safe. And right will have to show current financials on the next extension of stay.
