Re-entry Permit

Featured Replies

Hi there- i am new here :) ,

i did look for the info but can't find the answer to this...how long prior to departure from thailand can i apply for the reentry permit. I am on non immigrant visa based on marriage here.My overseas trip is 3 weeks.

thankyou, patcat

You can apply as soon as you have the permitted to stay until stamp that you want to protect. Many get at the same time they extend there stay. So get now and be ready.

Thank you , meaning i am already on the extension, so i can go there now....how do i do with the 90 day report which is happening while overseas? thanks patcat

There are no reports if you are not in Thailand. Time starts on entry so it is due 90 days later (entry day one).
