my non "O" (marriage) expires in mid feb.I was thinking about a trip to China has anyone got a non "0" from china? If so your story would be appreciated.

I have 400k in the bank and will be taking the wife with me.

I am also interested in India,sri lanka or anywhere in the region but not too near.

destinations not on my list are;

laos ,cambodia,vietnam,malaysia(like indonesia but think it'll be too rainy in feb?)

If you have the 400,000 in the Bank you can get the yearly extension here at Immigration ??

Send a email to the Consulate/Embassy in China and ask ?

No problem in Australia, Perth is 7 hr flight ?

As said, if you have 400,000 in a bank account in Thailand you can go to immigration in Thailand and get a 1 year extension of stay. No need to go abroad.
