I strongly recommend you see a doctor first and obtain his advice but most importantly, that you obtain the real product! Since most consumers are not chemists and therefore unable to determine whether copied products are "exactly the same or not", I'll go with the opinion of Bumrungrad studies and Pfizer's view on this subject and hope that the OP does something similar. After all, we're talking here about ingesting chemicals that alter bodily functions and frankly I'd prefer to leave that role up to a major drug company rather than an unlicensed, unregulated copy cat artist in China, India or elsewhere. An Irish aquaintance had an erection for over 2 days, for which he needed hosptal treatment. He bought it from some idiot in one of the bars downtown. THINKS How can I explain this? Since I want a lot they offered it at 400 baht a pack. For all the doubters out there, they also offered to let me try before buying, with just one pack at the same price. Look, these packs have a holographic logo, a serial number on the pack matching the serial number on the bubble pack and 100% quality packaging (sharp, embossed printing, glossy box etc.). They also have the insert on the usual microscopically printed super thin paper. Now I know all you cynics out there will claim they're still fakes, but I can assure you they are not. I tried just half of one and couldn't go out for two days! Yes, I also read that Boots are now selling over the counter, as I understand they do in the UK.
